Iron sulfide powder is an important semiconductor material with excellent photoelectric properties, so its application in the field of batteries has attracted much attention. Pure phase iron sulfide semiconductor nanocrystalline is not simple, accurate control, easy replication, environmental protection synthesis technology, which limits its large-scale production and commercial application.

However, the one-step synthesis process has realized the rapid synthesis of high-quality iron sulfide nano materials. Firstly, taking iron sulfide powder as the research object, the effects of kinetic parameters such as reaction raw materials, solvents, temperature, time and additives on the purity and morphology of nanocrystals were investigated by solvothermal method, and the process was extended to the controllable synthesis of other iron sulfide. The hydrothermal synthesis process of pure iron sulfide nanocrystals (particle size 5nm) was further developed, and the surface modification was carried out, which improved the stability of nanocrystals in the atmospheric environment and realized their multi-form controlled synthesis. Finally, the thin film preparation and battery assembly were carried out according to the nano crystal modified by tri-n-octyl phosphine oxide.
